Xuzhou Port Group is the largest coal port on the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal. In order to suit to development of situation and promote production, a property right reform is carried out. Summing up the problem in formal reform of property right system of port along Beijing-Hangzhou Canal, probing countermeasures of deepening property right system reform, building up flexible and high effect running system and strengthening developing vigour of enterprise, which could be reference.
