Practice and Experience of Three-stage Prevention Disposal of Medical Disputes

目的:用正确的程序和方法,预防和妥善处置医疗纠纷,促进医患之间的信任,维护医院的稳定和发展。方法:坚持预防为主,强化安全意识,以优良质量保安全,以高度责任心减少纠纷,以减少纠纷促稳定。遇纠纷要内聚、外联、宽严结合、医科学与法律学相结合、统分结合等系统的三级处置的程序和方法。结论:将医学的有据与法律的有理结合起来,将医患的思想认识统一工作与分开做患者及家属的化解工作结合起来,快速、周全、得力地把医疗纠纷处理在萌芽初期,以最小化的物质付出,求得最大化的稳定大局,保证医院工作的正常开展。

Objective：Usecorrectproceduresandmethodstopreventanddisposemedicaldisputes, to promote trust between doctors and patients, and to maintain the stability and development of the hospital. Method： Stick to focusing on prevention, and strengthen safety awareness, to guarantee safety with excellent quality, and to reduce disputes with high responsibility, so as to reduce disputes and promote stability. Medical disputes are settled by three–stage disposal procedures and methods, i.e. cohesion and outreach, relaxation and restrain, medical science and jurisprudence, as well as integrity and separation. Conclusion： Connect the medical evidence with the legal rationality, and unify the thoughts of medical professionals and patients as well as separately resolving the conflict between patients and their families, in order to rapidly, comprehensively and effectively dispose the medical dispute in its initial stage, to maximize the greatest stability at the least material cost, and to ensure the healthy development of hospital.
