The Influence of Publication Delays on Aging Distribution of Scientific Literature

本文将文献稳态时效规律与出版延迟规律视为对数正态分布函数 ,并对其进行数学分析处理 ,给出了两者共同作用下的文献时效规律曲线。

In this article,observed aging curves are influenced by publication delays,we show how the aging function and publication delay combine to give the observed aging function.This combination is performed by a mathematical operation known as convolution.An example is given,such as the lognormal distribution.
