摘要
脊柱关节炎（SpA）是一组相互关联的以侵犯脊柱、外周关节和关节周围结构为主的多系统慢性炎症性疾病，包括强直性脊柱炎（AS）、反应性关节炎（ReA）、银屑病关节炎（PsA）、炎性肠病性关节炎、未分化脊柱关节病和幼年发病的脊柱关节病，整体人群患病率为0．5％～1．9％。
