摘要
本文通过对图书馆数字化概念的深化理解 ,描述了数字化图书馆在不远的将来实现的设想 ,并就实现过程中需要解决的问题进行了阐述 ,突出讨论了与实现数字化直接相关的技术可能、资源建设、安全保障、版权法律等问题。
The issue describes the construction on digital library in the near future,by thinking and understanding the idea of the library's digitalization.And it discusses the solution of projects in the building of digital library,especially some relative problem,such as possibility of technology,collection of resources,safety of system and the law of copyright.
