On the Development and Management of Network Information Resources in China

本文在分析我国网络信息资源建设现状的基础上提出了信息资源网络化开发的战略目标与利用原则 ,探讨了网络信息资源管理、配置及其优化。

After analysing the actuality of development of network information resources,the paper put forwards the strategic goal of it and the principle of utilizing information resources,then probe into the management and scheme of network information resources and its optimization.
