介绍新型微型器件──光马达，重点介绍光热效应型光马达和光辐 射压型光马达的各种类型和工作原理。
A new type of optical motor is introduced. Various kinds and operating principle of the optical thermal effect mode optical motors arid optical radiation voltage mode optical motors are described in detail.
