本文详细分析了不同结构的Mach-Zehnder调制器特性及其对声效应、光效应 等的敏感程度，并计算了其对外调制光发射机性能的影响。为设计性能良好的外调制光发射机 提供了依据。
The article particular analyses the characteristic and their sensitivity to light and sound of Mach-Zehnder modulators with different structure. The foundation is given to design the good external modulator optical transmitter by calculating CSO.
