摘要
目前文献中对于知识管理的研究多集中在二元模式层面,而对三元知识之间勾股关系的研究几乎是空白。由于受"显性-隐性"研究范式的局限,研究者们一直只在知识两种类别水平上对知识特定的构成属性进行研究,并未对现有知识管理理论和模式进行有效的质疑、超越和建构。构建以知识整体理论为研究假定和概念基础,通过系统分析,建立三元知识管理的勾股模式及分析框架,以期为后续组织知识管理提供新的理论框架,并为有效指导企业组织的知识管理实践活动开辟、拓展新的方向。
The most study of knowledge management have focused on binary mode in the literature, while it is almost non-existent on Ternary Knowledge. Owing to the limitation of ＂explicit-implicit＂ research paradigm, researchers have been studying constitution of knowledge at the level of two kinds, but not to doubt, transcend and construct the theory and the model of existing knowledge management. Based on the hypothesizes and concepts of the Holistic Theory of Knowledge, this paper builds the Pythagorean model and framework for the future researches on knowledge management, opens and develops a new direction for effectively guiding the
