The Way to Check the Working Point of the Squirrel Cage Type Magnetic Coupling

摘要 针对笼型转子磁力耦合器设计时,永磁体空载工作点取值范围不确定的问题,将磁路法与图解法相结合,得到了笼型转子磁力耦合器工作点初估值确定及校核的方法。分析了永磁体工况不同外磁路永磁体工作永磁体点位置,绘制了永磁体工作点校核流程图。根据笼型转子磁力耦合器中永磁体向外磁路提供的磁通及磁势与外磁路磁导的关系,建立了工作点初估数理模型,并通过空载外特性计算得出每极气隙磁通与外磁路总磁势的关系。采用图解法绘制永磁体工作图,可从工作图中获得永磁体的工作点,比较初估值与工作图中工作点的误差,可选择笼型转子磁力耦合器永磁体合理的工作点。 In order to solve the problems that the no-load working point of the permanent magnet in the squirrel cage type magnetic coupling is unclear during the course of design, based on the analysis method which combined magnetic cir- cuit with diagram, an efficient analytical way was proposed for estimate and confirmation of the working point of the squirrel cage type magnetic coupling. The working condition of the magnet location of the working point was analyzed, the flow- process diagram that was used to check the working point was designed. According to the relationships among the flux, the magnetic potential and the permeance in the external magnetic circuit, a mathematical model was induced to estimate the working point, then the air-gap flux and the total magnetomotive force was obtained by the way of no-load characteristic calculation. The working point can be got from the working graphic established by graphic method, and the rational working point of the permanent magnet in the squirrel cage type magnetic coupling can be ensured by comparing the differences be- tween the initial valuations and the final results.
