摘要
针对一种新型水冷电机控制器的主要热源IGBT模块,根据实际工作情况设计了相应的冷却系统,并基于Fluent软件对其进行散热分析,得出其温度场和流场的详细分布。分析结果表明,该散热结构设计合理,在满足实际需求的情况下保证了充分的温升余量。通过热敏电阻所在三个测点的实验验证,与仿真结果有较高的一致性,进一步验证了该冷却系统的合理性。
The IGBT module is the main heat source of a new type of cooling electric machine controller. The actual situation and designs the corresponding cooling system were analyzed, and the temperature field and flow field were calculated by means of the thermal analysis based on Fluent software. The results indicate that the cooling system has reasonable struc- tures and meets the full temperature allowance. The experimental verification of thermal resistance in three points show that the simulation results and the experiments have high consistency, and further verifys the rationality of the cooling system.
