基于R5F212L4的无刷直流电动机控制系统设计

摘要 针对有霍尔无刷直流电动机,提出一种以R5F212L4为核心,基于速度反馈PI控制、位置反馈及相电流相位反馈三闭环SVPWM的驱动系统。提出系统的控制策略及硬件实现;分析传感器安装误差对转子角度测量的影响,提出可以减小测量误差的计算方法;设计并实现系统硬件电路及程序调试。实验证明系统性能稳定,噪声小,实现无级调速等优点,同时可以方便地添加所需功能模块,在中小功率无刷直流电动机应用,如空调、冰箱、风扇等高端家用电器中有明显优势。 Aiming at BLDCM with Hall sensors, a new method of SVPWM driving BLDCM with speed PID, position feedback and phase current feedback was provided,in which RSF212IA was regarded as the core control unit. The strategy for system control and to achieve the hardware system was introduced, and the effect between the deviation of sensor fixing and rotor angle measurement was analyzed. The methods of calculation were put forward to reduce the measurement devia- tion, and the system hardware system and program debugging were designed and achieved. The experiment proves the system with good stability,low noise and stepless speed regulation, etc. Meanwhile,other functions are easily accessed into the sys- tem. It can be widely used in small and medium-sized power appliances, such as for air conditioner,refrigerator,ventilator, etc.
