摘要
针对传统基于单片机的电机控制系统在工作速度低、精度低和稳定性差的问题,设计了基于DSP的平面电机控制系统,该系统主要由控制器模块、位置反馈模块、驱动模块和电源管理模块构成,详细描述了平面电机控制系统的组成以及硬件和软件开发过程,并通过平面电机定位实验,得到了电机定位误差和动态响应曲线。结果表明,该控制器以其独特的方式有效地实现了平面电机的控制。
In order to solve the problems of the low working speed, low accuracy and poor stability of the traditional motor control system based on single chip, the planar control system based on DSP was designed. The system consists of controller module, position feedback module, driver module and power management module. The composition of planar motor control system, hardware and software development process were described in detail. And through the planar motor positioning experiment, the motor position error and dynamic response curve were obtained. The results show that the controller can effectively realize the planar motor control.
