电动汽车用开关磁阻电动机的功率变换器使用了不对称的半桥结构,采用Infineon的无磁芯变压器隔离的驱动芯片1ED020I12-FA设计了开关磁阻电动机的驱动电路。详细介绍了1ED020I12-FA的基本结构和工作原理,论述了IGBT驱动电路的设计。实验表明,该IGBT驱动电路输出稳定,能很好地开通和关断IGBT,具有良好的可靠性和稳定性。
The power converter of switched reluctance motor for electric vehicle uses asymmetric half-bridge structure. The drive circuit of switched reluctance motor was designed using infineon's coreless transformer isolated drive chip 1ED020112-FA. The basic structure and work principle of 1EDO20112-FA was introduced in detail, and the design of IGBT drive circuit was presented. According to the experiments, the IGBT drive circuit output is stable, IGBT can be switched effectively. The IGBT drive circuit has high reliability and stability.
