废聚苯乙烯泡沫再生乳液对砂浆增粘增韧研究 被引量:2

Research on Tackifying and Toughening Modification on Cement Mortar by Emulsion Made from Waste Polystyrene Foam

摘要 研究了废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫(EPS)制备的苯丙乳液(SAE)在砂浆中的应用。TEM、粒径分布及红外光谱结果表明,制备的苯丙乳液颗粒直径为350nm左右,乳液颗粒性能稳定,成膜性能良好,并能应用于砂浆增粘增韧改性。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)结果显示SAE在砂浆中能形成抑制水泥水化的聚合物膜,虽然抗压强度有所降低,但提高了砂浆的粘结强度与韧性。SAE改性砂浆与EPS泡沫板材的粘结强度随SAE掺量的增加明显增大,当掺量为6%左右时,破坏形式基本为EPS板材内聚破坏,确认了SAE对砂浆的增粘性能。砂浆的压折比随SAE掺量增加先明显减小,后稍微增加,当掺量为4%左右时,压折比最小,砂浆的韧性得到良好改善。 Studied styrene-acrylic emulsion preparation (SAE) from waste polystyrene foam (EPS) and its application in cement mortar. Study of TEM, particle size distribution and infrared spectroscopy showed that styrene-acrylic emul-sion particle diameter is about 350 nm. The emulsion was stable and had good film-forming properties. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results show that when SAE incorporated in cement mortar, SAE film was formed and the film can inhibit cement hydration. Due to the formation of SAE film, the compressive strength of the hardened mortar decreased a little. However, when the SAE content reached about 6% by weight, decohesion test on EPS panel and the SAE modified cement mortar showed cohesive failure, confirming the SAE was tackified and its adhesion on EPS panel was improved. The ratio of compression strength increase with the increase of dosage of SAE decreased significantly between 3-5% and then became stable with higher dosage, ratio of compressive strength reach to the minimum when the SAE dosage is 4% which suggested the optimum toughening dosage in this study.
