加味补中益气汤治疗重症肌无力临床研究被引量：3

摘要目的:观察加味补中益气汤治疗重症肌无力(MG)气虚血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:将40例患者随机分为2组各20例,对照组口服溴吡斯的明,治疗组口服加味补中益气汤。观察临床疗效及定量MG评分表(QMG)评分。结果:治疗后2组QMG评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);2组治疗后组间比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组为90.0%,对照组为70.0%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:重症肌无力采用加味补中益气汤治疗,安全有效,具有临床推广应用价值。
