摘要
企业社会责任被赋予诸多功能与作用,但当前企业社会责任管理与实践则暴露出单一、浅显、脱离企业整体与战略等诸多问题。从自组织视角看,企业应以耗散结构与突变为基础,以竞争与协同为动力,以超循环、超系统为方向,构建并发展企业社会责任自组织机制,以提高企业社会责任系统的动态适应与协调能力,挖掘企业社会责任的巨大潜力,促进企业与社会的长期共赢。为构建、发展企业社会责任自组织机制,必须从保持企业开放性,塑造企业社会责任文化理念;利用干中学,完善企业社会责任管理机制;挖掘潜力,培育企业社会责任核心竞争力;孕育适宜的外部环境,强化外部驱动作用等方面着手。
The corporate social responsibility is endowed with many functions and roles, but the current managements and practices of the corporate social responsibility are exposing many problems such as singleness, shallowness and disengagement with the whole enterprise and strategies. From the perspective of self- organization, enterprises should be based on dissipative structure and morphogenesis, inspired by cooperation and competition, and guided by hyper- cycle and super- system to construct and develop the self - organization mechanism of corporate social responsibility as to improve the dynamic adaptive and coordinated abilities of the corporate social responsibility system, fully mine the huge potentials of corporate social responsibility, and promote the long- term win- win of corporation and society. For the construction and development of self- organization mechanism about corporate social responsibility, firstly corporation must keep open and build the corporate social responsi- bility culture idea; secondly corporation must use learning by doing and perfect the corporate social responsibility management mechanism; thirdly corporation must mine the potentials and cultivate the core competitive power of corporate social respon- sibility. In the end, it must cultivate appropriate external environment and strengthen the external drive effect.
