北京市未婚女性青少年重复流产与紧急避孕状况分析——基于顺义区和昌平区7所医院的调查数据

Repetitive Abortions and Emergency Contraception among Unmarried Female Adolescents in Beijing: Based on Data Collected from Seven Hospitals in Shunyi and Changping Districts

为了应对青少年非意愿妊娠风险,世界卫生组织提出了增加青少年紧急避孕在内的避孕知识和服务可及性。由于重复流产对未婚女性青少年的身心危害更大,我们认为可以通过促进发挥紧急避孕补救措施的作用来预防未婚女性青少年重复流产的发生。基于此,文章对未婚女性青少年的重复流产及紧急避孕状况进行分析发现,未婚女性青少年重复流产发生的主要原因为常规避孕失败比例较高,以及使用紧急避孕药的比例较低,且即使使用了紧急避孕药,其失败的比例亦较高。此外,未婚女性青少年重复流产者掌握的紧急避孕相关信息较为欠缺,而医生提供咨询服务是未婚女性青少年获取相关信息的首选期望途径。综合来看,技术服务人员在未婚女性青少年流产后提供包括紧急避孕在内的避孕咨询,应成为预防其重复流产发生的重要举措。

To address adolescents＇ risks in unintentional pregnancy, the World Health Organization has called upon the world to increase adolescents＇ access to contraceptive knowledge and services including emergency contraception. Because of the severer impact of repetitive abortions on the health of female adolescents, we suggest to use emergency contraceptive services to help prevent repetitive abortions among female adolescents. This paper reveals, based on the data from seven hospitals in Beijing, that the higher rate of failures of the use of conventional contraception as well as emergency contraception contributes to the repetitive abortions experienced by unmarried female adolescents. Unmarried female adolescents who have experienced repetitive abortions generally do not have knowledge as well as information on emergency contraception. Doctors who provide services to the unmarried female adolescents are the ideal ones to also give them related information. In all, medical service personnel who provide services, including emergency contraception, to unmarried female adolescents who have just had an abortion, are frontline workers to prevent repetitive abortions.
