摘要
目的:建立快速分析百草油中挥发性成分的方法。方法:采用离子液体-顶空气相色谱-质谱联用技术。色谱柱为HP-5MS弹性石英毛细管柱(30 m×250μm×0.25μm),采用程序升温方式,以离子液体1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([Emim][BF4])为顶空溶剂,鉴定百草油中的挥发性成分;并与传统顶空溶剂水的鉴定结果进行对比。结果:在顶空平衡时间为30 min、平衡温度为150℃的条件下,以离子液体[Emin][BF4]为顶空溶剂共鉴定出11种挥发性化合物。以水为顶空溶剂时,在相同顶空时间、平衡温度为80℃的条件下,仅检测到6种挥发性化合物。结论:室温下以离子液体作为顶空溶剂与传统顶空溶剂水相比能鉴定出更多挥发性成分,且试验方法简单、快速,可用于百草油中挥发性成分的快速分析鉴定,并可为进一步合理开发利用百草油提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for rapid analysis of volatile components in Baicao oils. METHODS: The vol- atile components of Baicao oils were determined by ionic liquid-headspance-GC-HS. The separation was performed on HP-SMS fused-silica capillary column (30 m×250μm×0.25μm) by temperature programming with ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride([Emim] [BF4]) as matrix medium; the method was compared with the identification of traditional headspace solvent. RE- SULTS: The analytes were equilibrated with oven temperature 150℃ for 30 min, and 11 kinds of volatile components were identi- fied using ionic liquid [Emin] [BF4] as matrix medium. Using water as matrix medium, the analytes were equilibrated with oven tem- perature 80℃ for 30 min. Only six components were determined. CONCLUSIONS: Compared with water, ionic liquids as matrix medium solvent can determine more volatile components in Baicao oils at room temperature. The simple and fast method can be used for rapid analysis and identification of volatile components in Baicao oils, and provide a scientific basis further development for Baicao oils.
