摘要 以黄河流域为研究区,建立基于对立统一定理的可变模糊集模型评价黄河流域水资源可再生能力。在阐述水资源可再生能力概念的基础上,构建黄河流域水资源可再生能力评价指标体系及指标等级标准。以合作博弈理论及可变模糊集理论中的对立统一定理为理论基础,建立基于合作博弈权重的对立统一可变模糊集模型,评价黄河流域水资源可再生能力。以对立统一定理为基本原理计算指标相对隶属度,采用合作博弈权重计算各指标权重,并计算研究区的综合相对隶属度,采用等级特征值公式和置信度准则两种方法判断水资源可再生能力的等级。将此模型应用于黄河流域,评价黄河流域水资源可再生能力,结果表明,黄河流域及其9个省区的水资源可再生能力等级值介于2.630-4.177之间,其中,山东和四川为Ⅲ级,水资源可再生能力属于中等水平,宁夏和内蒙古为V级,显示最弱的水资源可再生能力,其余为Ⅳ级,为较弱的水资源可再生能力。与其他模型对比分析,评价结果基本一致,表明模型有效可行,成果合理可靠。建立基于合作博弈权重的对立统一可变模糊集模型,以期为水资源可再生能力评价提供一种实用可行的评价模型。 In this paper, the Yellow River basin is selected as research area and an variable fuzzy set assessment model based on the opposites and unity theory is set up to assess water resources reproducible ability in Yellow River basin. Beginning with the concept of water resources reproducible ability, a set of indicators with capacity is established to evaluate water resources reproducible ability and grades. Employing the opposites and unity variable fuzzy set theory and cooperation game theory, an opposites and unity variable fuzzy set model based on cooperation game weight is established to assess water resources reproducible ability in Yellow River basin. The relative memberships of indexes are calculated by using equations based on the opposites and unity theory, the cooperation game weights are calculated, and then the comprehensive relative memberships of water system are calculated, and the water resources re- producible ability grade is analyzed by using a characteristic formula and confidence level. The proposed model is applied to assess water resources reproducible ability in Yellow River basin, and the results show that the grade values of water resources reproducible ability are from 2. 630 to 4. 177 in Yellow River basin and 9 provinces. The water resources reproducible ability is grade III in Si- chuan province and Shandong province and belongs to the medium level, is grade V in Ningxia autonomous region and Inner Mongolia autonomous region and belongs to the weakest level, is grade IV in the rest areas and belongs to the weaker level. The assessment results are similar to the results from others evaluation models, which confirms the feasibility of the models and the reliability of the results. It indicates that the research on the opposites and unity variable fuzzy set model based on cooperation game weight provides a practicable and feasible method for assessing water resources reproducible ability.
