摘要
采用高温熔融的方法制备了掺杂不同质量分数的CeO2的SiO2-Al2O3-CaO-MgO玻璃,研究了所制玻璃的物理化学性能。结果表明:掺杂少量CeO2可以使SiO2-Al2O3-CaO-MgO玻璃的网络结构更加完整,降低玻璃的转变温度;随着CeO2含量的增加,玻璃的线膨胀系数呈现先降低后增加的变化趋势;掺杂CeO2的玻璃相对介电常数高于未掺杂的玻璃,随着CeO2含量增加,玻璃的相对介电常数呈现下降的趋势。
SiO2-Al2O3-CaO-MgOglasses were prepared by high-temperature melting and ceria doping method. The physico-cbemi'cal properties of prepared glasses were studied. The results show that minor ceria addition decreases the glass transition temperature (tg). The linear expansion coefficient of glasses firstly decreases and then slightly increases with increasing of ceria content. The relative permittivity of glasses decreases with increasing of ceria content.
