摘要
讨论了在采用薄膜干涉方法分 (合 )波时 ,其中的关键器件——薄膜干涉滤光片的设计和镀膜监控误差模拟。主要介绍了一个波分复用双通道薄膜干涉滤光片的设计原理、设计过程、滤光片的性能及影响因素分析 ,并进行了假定监控误差下的镀膜过程的模拟。
With the introduction of modern optical technology, the capacity and speed of communication have been improved dramatically, and the optical fiber communication will play a more important role on the communication stage. A major difficult problem in the WDM communication system is the manufacture of the multiplexer (demultiplexer). In this article we are discussing two problems: the design of the film interference optical filter and the simulation of the coating process. The article chiefly introduces the design principle and process of a kind of WDM film interference optical filter for two channels, analyzes the performance of the filter and the effective factors. Finally the coating process is simulated.
