摘要
为了满足同一台测试设备能够对不同控制方式(模拟、数字)、不同类型(电动、气动)的舵机进行全面性能测试的需求,搭建了基于PXI总线技术和C#开发平台的舵机综合性能测试系统;该系统具备很好的通用性和扩展性,可用于在研多种型号舵机的测试工作;系统软件采用分层次框架结构和模块化设计理念,提高了编程效率并减少了系统开发时间;多种型号舵机的性能测试结果表明:该系统操作方便,运行稳定,系统测试精度≤1%FSR。
To meet the requirements of different ways (analog or digitization) and types (electric or pneumatic) during the servo--actu- ator comprehensive performance test, a performance test system of servo--actuator based on PIX bus technology and C# platform is built. The system has a good generality and expansibility and it meets the need of different servo--actuators. Hierarchically frame structure and modular design method in the development of software can enhance the programming efficiency and reduce the system development time. The performance test results of different servo-- actuators show that this system is convenient with higher stability and the test accuracy 1% FSR.
