基于声学原理的啤酒瓶在线内压力检测系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 为保证瓶装啤酒的品质,需对其内压力性进行在线检测;设计了一种基于磁脉冲激励发声技术的啤酒瓶内压力检测系统,对啤酒瓶内压力进行非接触检测,不影响啤酒品质,成本与国外产品相比大幅下降(约为1/3);采用中文人机操作界面,使用方便;实验结果表明,该系统检测的正确率达到100%,速度可达1400瓶/分钟。 In order to guarantee the quality of bottled beer, it is necessary to make on--line inspection for its intrinsic pressure. This the- sis, based on magnetic pulse excitation vocal technique, introduces a design of inspection system for intrinsic pressure of a beer bottle to con- duct physical testing for intrinsic pressure of a beer bottle, thus not affect the quality of the beer, as a result, the cost, compared with foreign products, decreased significantly (about one thirds). The Chinese man--machine interface shall be applied, which is easy to use. The result of the experiment shows that the accurate rate of the inspection system could reach 100%, and the speed could up to 1400 bottles per minute.
