摘要
针对目前轴角检测装置信号易受干扰、缺少网络接口等问题,提出了一种基于CAN总线的一体化高精度角位置检测装置设计方案,并详细介绍了以DSP为核心构成的系统软硬件结构及其具体实现;为了满足不同应用场合对旋转变压器所需激磁信号频率要求的差异,采用DDS芯片设计了一种频率可调的激磁电路;实验结果表明,所设计的角位置检测装置运行可靠、结构紧凑、方便安装及故障检测,测量精度小于1mil。
Aiming at the problem that the traditional shaft angle measuring device is sensitive to disturbances and lack of network interface, an integrated CAN--based angle measuring device is designed. The hardware and software design based on DSP is introduced in detail. An adjustable frequency circuit based on DDS chip is designed to meet different application requirements. The experimental results show that the angular measuring device is reliable, high--precision, compact and convenient to install and fault detect.
