摘要
为了提高某型装备的电气维修保障能力,综合应用虚拟现实、建模仿真、人机交互等技术,研制了某型装备电气模拟维修训练平台;采用面向对象的方法进行系统分析和建模,基于"数据"和"逻辑"分离的体系结构设计思想,构建了系统平台结构及实现框架;采用面向案例的故障建模方法,实现了基于专家知识库的电气模拟维修;运用信号调理技术、USB通信技术和专用驱动程序实现了模拟操作装置与虚拟电气设备的人机交互;基于多属性评估策略,提出了一种适合装备电气模拟维修训练的考核评估方案,建立了全面、有效的评估标准和方法;部队应用表明,该训练平台能有效提高某型装备电气维修训练的效率和质量,开创了装备电气维修训练的新模式。
To improve the ability of electrical maintenance of a certain equipment, an electrical simulation maintenance training platform is developed by taking such techniques as virtual reality, modeling simulation and human--computer interaction. Using object--oriented ap- proach to system analysis and modeling, system structure and implementation framework of the training platform are designed based on the architecture design idea of data--logic separation. By the use of case--oriented fault modeling method, electrical simulation maintenance based on expert knowledge base is realized. Through using signal conditioning technique, USB communication technology and specified driver program, the interaction between simulation operating device and virtual electrical equipment is also realized. An evaluation scheme suited to electrical simulation maintenance training of equipment is put forward based on multiattribute assessment strategy. Thus, the evaluation standards and methods for electrical maintenance training are established. The application indicates that: the training efficiency and quality of electrical maintenance of a certain equipment are improved effectively with the use of this training platform. It inaugurates a new training model of electrical maintenance of equipment.
