摘要
阐述3mm波段定标仿真系统组成、功能及意义,设计了以STM32芯片为核心的嵌入式控制电路,详细介绍了控制电路功能、LCD的选择和接口电路设计、定标仿真系统数据库存储模块电路设计与数据库建立、以及实时钟电路、温湿度传感电路、PS/2鼠标接口电路、SDIO接口电路等其他外围电路的功能与设计;经测试,嵌入式控制电路能够精确控制具有金属目标辐射特性的信号输出,实现定标仿真系统功能,且操作简单,控制精确,性能稳定,实时性强。
A design of embedded control circuit based on STM32 chip was introduced in the paper, which was adopted in a calibration simulation system of a 3mm waveband detector. The function of this control circuit, the selection and interface circuit of LCD and memory module circuit for the calibration simulation system database were discussed in detail. In addition, a database was set up and peripheral cir- cuit, such as a real time clock circuit, a humidity and temperature sensor circuit, PS/2 interface circuit for mouse and SDIO interface circuit, were presented. Experiment results demonstrated that the embedded control circuit could satisfy the requirement of 3ram waveband calibration simulation system, with simple operation, high control precision, stability and real--time.
