基于抗温失的天然气管道泄漏监测系统设计

摘要 针对当前地下管道监测设备中,一旦天然气管道传播距离较远,两地存在较大温差,会造成的管道首末位置流量失衡引起的错误压力差,系统检测的精度不高,为此提出了一种基于抗温失技术的天然气管道泄漏监测系统设计方法;通过设备底层的无线传感网络采集不同区域的压力、波速信号,将温失状态下的泄漏信号转换为一种与常规信号不同的奇异小波信号,实现地下分布式天然气泄漏检测;某公司的设备为测试对象,证明该方法克服了传统系统中温差带来压力异常波动的缺陷,提高了地下分布式天然气泄漏检测的准确率。 Once the monitoring equipment in the underground pipeline, gas pipeline transmission distance is far, and there is a big differ- ence in temperature, can cause the pipeline at the end of the first error produced by the flow imbalance of pressure difference, the system detection accuracy is not high. Therefore put forward a kind of natural gas pipeline leakage based on the technology of temperature resistance loss monitoring system design method. Through different parts of the equipment at the bottom of the wireless sensor network to collect pressure, velocity signals, convert temperature under the condition of leak signal loss to a singular differs from the conventional signal wavelet signal, realize distributed underground gas leak detection. Equipment of the company as test object, proved that the method overcomes the traditional system of the defect of abnormal fluctuations in temperature difference stress, improved the distributed underground gas leak de tection accuracy.
