摘要
本文利用政策内容分析法,根据研制的大学章程编码表,对选取的81部现代大学章程文本进行统计归纳分析。结果显示,现代大学章程的共同特质有:第一,大学章程规定大学的使命是追求公共利益和学术真理;第二,大学章程规定大学权力主体是大学利益相关者;第三,大学治理是大学章程的核心内容;第四,大学章程的主要功能是规制大学权力的运行。
The method of policy content analysis is adopted in this study. According to the structural encoding table, eighty-one university charters are selected and analyzed. The common characteristics of modern university charters are summarized as follows： firstly, the mission of university is the pursuit of public interest and truth; secondly, the subjects of authorities are the university stakeholders; thirdly, the core of university charter is the governance of university; fourthly, the main function of university charter is to regulate the operation of power within universities.
