摘要
为应对高速大众化、国际化给高等教育系统带来的学生学习体验质量下滑、本土学生高等教育参与程度相对降低的挑战,澳大利亚重构了质量问责体系,创新性地开发了国家层面的高校教学绩效指标。论文在分析教学绩效指标体系开发的过程及其结构特征的基础上,讨论了其对构建我国高等教育教学绩效指标框架的启示。
To respond to the challenges of rapid massification and internationalization of higher education, the Australian Government has updated the country's quality assurance system for higher education by developing a performance indicator framework for teaching and learning. This paper analyzes the characteristics of this framework and discusses what we can learn from the development of performance indicators.
