摘要
生产者责任延伸(EPR)制度是一项重要的环境政策,也是一个有效管理废弃电器电子产品的重要手段。该制度将生产者的责任延伸到其产品的整个生命周期,特别是产品消费后废弃产品的回收利用和处理的责任,从而减少废弃产品对环境造成的影响。本文分析了EPR在三种不同类型经济体的实施现状,并提出对中国推行电子废物管理生产者责任延伸制的启示和建议。
Extended Producer Responsibility is an important environmental policy approach, and also is an important method to effectively manage Electronic and Electric waste（ e- waste）. EPR extends a producer＇ s responsibility to the post -consumer stage of a product＇ s life cycle, especially to the take - back, recycling and final disposal of a waste product, thereby, decreasing environmental impact of a waste product. This paper discusses the implementation status of three different types of economies, the successful experience of E - waste management obtained in the three types of economics have an important referential significance for the implementation of China＇ s EPR.
