摘要
基于职业教育的"准公共产品"属性,借鉴市场经济绩效评价理论,将高职院校专业教育产出质量因素引入对专业教学成果进行评价,并通过专业绩效指标的测量,提供关于专业建设"开发、成长、成熟及衰退"运行状况的准确信号,反应专业建设水平和资源利用效率,为高职学院合理配置教学资源、实施专业不同发展阶段有效市场策略提供依据。
Based on the property of"quasi-public goods"in vocational education,the article takes an example by market economy theory of performance evaluation,makes an analysis on the professional teaching achievement with the introduction of quality factor of education output into the evaluation.Through the measurement of performance indicators,an accurate operating signal is provided for professional construction of"development,growth,maturity and decline",reflecting the professional level and resource efficiency and providing the basis for an effective marketing strategy for the rational allocation of teaching resources and the implementation of an effective marketing strategy at different stages.
