摘要
多年的教学经历,笔者意识到,教师的个人魅力在教育教学中起着不可低估的作用。分析和探讨教师个人魅力的促成和培养,有利于在今后的工作中更加注重教师形象,彰显个人魅力,促进教育教学。
With many years of teaching experience,the author has realized that the role of teacher’s personal charm played in education can not be underestimated.An analysis and discussion on the promotion and nurture of teacher’s charm is conducive to paying more attention to the image of teachers,highlighting personal charms and promoting education and teaching in the future.
