在新形势下,如何较为准确地掌握学生心理变化规律,把握学生思想脉博,有意识地运用心理学的理论去观察、认识、分析和解决其思想、观点、立场和行为方面的问题,确定思想政治工作的重点,选择恰当的工作方法,这是做好大学生思想政治工作,开拓新形势下思想政治工作新思路与新方法,不断提高工作水平,增强思想政治工作的科学性和实效性的现实需要和紧迫任务。

In the new situation,it is an urgent and needy task to ensure good ideological and political work,to open up new ideas and new methods,to improve the quality constantly and to strengthen scientific and practical effectiveness.Therefore,colleges and universities should accurately grasp the students’ psychological variation,feel the students’ ideological pulse,observe,understand,analyze and solve problems in the students’ thoughts,views,positions and behaviors with psychological theory,determine the focus of ideological and political work,and select appropriate methods.
