高职学生个性化学习实践与满意度调查

摘要 高职学生自主学习能力的培养是现代高等职业教育的目标之一,而个性化学习属于典型的学习者自主学习活动,它是以学习个体差异为出发点,以学习者的兴趣与需要为中心,以每个学习者能力与发展为目标。本文提出了满足高职学生个性化学习需求的四个子系统,并通过调查问卷,从兴趣匹配,基础匹配,能力匹配,择业匹配四个方面分析高职学生对个性化学习改革满意度偏好,为进一步深化高职学生个性化教学改革的推进找到了突破口。 Self-directed learning development of vocational college students is one of the goals for modern vocational education.Personalized learning is a typical of self-directed learning activities,which takes individual differences in learning as a starting point,the interests and needs of learners as the center and the ability and the development of each learner as the goal.This paper proposes four subsystems to meet the needs of personalized learning and makes an analysis on the students’ satisfaction and preferences through questionnaires from four aspects: interest matching,base matching,capability matching and career matching so as to make a breakthrough in the further reform of personalized learning of vocational college students.
