The article first analyzes the characteristics of language development of the infants and the young children and the language learning situation among the adults.Then from the perspective of language enlightenment of infants and young children,re-interpretation is made on several elements required in adult＇s learning foreign languages,namely effective listening,good at imitating,maintaining a high level of interest,sustained attention and constant repetition.
