摘要
利用Excel软件,计算了往复压缩机各列的主要作用力,绘制了各列的综合活塞力图、总切向力图和幅度面积矢量图,并由此确定了压缩机的运转方案及飞轮矩。Excel软件极大简化了往复压缩机动力计算的工作量,提高了工作效率和计算精度。
With Microsoft Excel,the main force of a reciprocating compressor is calculated,the composite piston,the total tangential force diagram,and the amplitude of area vector diagram is drawn to the columns,thus determining the operation solutions and flywheel moment of the compressor.Excel greatly simplifies the workload of dynamic calculation and improves work efficiency and accuracy.
