摘要 脑微出血是一种脑小血管病变,在不同人群中的检出率为4.5%~84.9%。血管性认知损害是各种脑血管病及其危险因素所致程度不一的认知损害的总称。研究显示,脑微出血与血管性认知损害关系密切。文章对不同人群、不同程度及不同部位脑微出血与血管性认知损害的关系进行了综述。 Cerebral mierobleed is a cerebral small vessel disease. The detection rate is 4. 5% to 84. 9% in different populations. Vascular cognitive impairment is the general name of various cerebrovascular diseases and their risk factors caused varying degrees of cognitive impairments. Studies have shown that cerebral microbleed is closely associated with vascular cognitive impairment. This article reviews the relationship between cerebral mierobleed and vascular cognitive impairment in different populations, different degrees and different locations.
