摘要
以电子机柜为研究对象,对机柜结构进行了正交试验设计。运用试验优化方法,分析了各种结构参数的组合对机柜动态性能的影响,然后利用有限元分析软件对优化设计方案进行动态分析。从而为机柜结构设计和选型提供了简便的理论分析方法。
The design of orthogonal experiment is discussed with the object of the frame design for electronic equipment. The effect of various structure parameter combination on frame's dynamic characteristlc is analysised by the method of experiment optimize. The optimized design scheme is analyzed dynamically by using the finite element analysis software. A simple and convenient method is thereby provided for structural design and choosing models of electronic equipment based on theory analysis.
