摘要
针对当前馈线自动化的方案存在的不足,提出并研究一种全新的基于"断路器开关柜+光纤通信+智能诊断保护技术"的馈线自愈自动化方案,可实现短路故障150ms内就地隔离,实现真正的配电网系统自愈。
According to defects of current feeder automation solutions, a novel feeder self-healing automation scheme based on "circuit breaker switchgear + fiber optic communications technology + intelligent diagnostic protected technology" is proposed. Situ isolation within 150ms short-circuit fault is implemented and true self-healing goal of power distribution system is achieved.
