摘要 高强度聚焦超声是一种治疗肿瘤的微创技术,通过超声波聚焦能够直接作用于癌灶杀死肿瘤细胞,并且能有效激活机体免疫。高强度聚焦超声单独治疗局限性早期前列腺癌效果确切,配合经尿道前列腺电切术,放射治疗或内分泌联合治疗效果更为显著。与其他前列腺癌治疗方式相比,高强度聚焦超声有其独特优势。该文对高强度聚焦超声的作用机制,相关基础研究,治疗及联合治疗效果,并发症,局限性及展望等方面的最新进展进行系统论述。 The high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU)is a minimally invasive technique to treat cancer. By ultrasonic focusing, it could directly act on the cancer lesions, and activate the immune system effectively. The treatment of HIFU has confirmed efficacy for local early stage prostate cancer, and it is more effective when combined with other therapies such as transurethral resection of the prostate ( TURP), radio-therapy,and endocrine therapy. Compared with other traditional prostate cancer treatments, HIFU has its unique advantages. Here is to make a review of the newest development of the mechanism, basic research, efficacy of the treatment and combined treatment, complications, limitations and prospects of HIFU.
