摘要
肿瘤合并低钾血症在临床上较为常见,尤其是癌性恶病质患者往往存在严重的代谢紊乱,肿瘤细胞释放特异性的恶病质因子,造成机体细胞因子合成增加,宿主分解代谢增强、合成代谢减少,能量消耗增加,从而使机体储存的脂肪和蛋白质进行性消耗,器官功能下降,最终导致全身衰竭。调节肿瘤患者的电解质失衡,对于提高晚期肿瘤患者的生活质量,延长生存时间有重要的临床意义。
Hypokalemia combined with tumor is a common phenomenon in clinical, and carcinemia patients have serious metabolic disorders. Tumor cell could release specific cachexia factors which would increase the synthesis of cytokines,increase the catabolism, decrease disassimilate and enhance the energy expenditure, and result in progressive consumption of the fat and protein of the body, organ function decline, and systemic failure ultimately. Therefore, it is very important for improving the living quality and survival time of advanced cancer patients by regulating the electrolyte imbalance.
