轻度子痫前期孕妇应用丹参注射液治疗的妊娠结局分析

Pregnancy Outcome of Danshen Injection in Treatment of Light Eclampsism

目的探讨丹参注射液对轻度子痫前期孕妇妊娠结局的影响。方法将延安大学附属医院2010年6月至2012年6月收治的126例轻度子痫前期孕妇随机分为对照组和观察组,各63例。对照组患者给予常规硫酸镁治疗,观察组患者接受硫酸镁联合丹参注射液治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后血压、24 h尿蛋白、新生儿生存率、新生儿体质量、胎心异常率、重度子痫前期及子痫发生率。结果两组患者治疗后的血压及24 h尿蛋白均显著下降,但与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组新生儿生存率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胎心异常率、重度子痫发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上给予丹参注射液治疗,可改善轻度子痫前期孕妇妊娠结局,提高新生儿生存率。

Objective To explore the influence of danshen injection on pregnancy outcome in treatment of light eelampsism, Methods From June 2010 to June 2012,126 cases with light eclarapsism admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Yah＇an University were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 63 patients each group. The control group was given magnesium sulfate treatment, and the observation group received magnesium sulfate and danshen injection therapy. Blood pressure, 24-hour urine protein, survival rate of newborn, neonatal weight, the abnormal fetal heart rate, the occurrence of severe pre-eclampsia and eclampsia were compared between the two groups. Results Blood pressure and 24-hour urine protein in two groups after treatment were greatly decreased, but without significant difference between two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）; survival rate of newborn in the observation group was much higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; compared with control group, the abnormal fetal heart rate and the occurrence of severe pre-eclampsia in the observation group greatly decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Danshen injection on the basis of routine therapy for light eclampsism greatly improves pregnancy outcome and survival rate of newhorn.
