摘要 利用ANSYS软件,计算了SUV型客车车架的强度和刚度;并在此分析的基础上,建立了车架的优化设计空间。以车架最大应力作为优化设计的性能约束,以车架质量作为优化目标,使车架在满足使用要求的前提下达到质量最轻化,为车架的优化设计提供了可行的方法。 SUV coach frame strength and rigidity were calculated by using ANSYS software, the frame of a SUV design space was established based on the analyzing results, taking maximum stress of the frame as the frame optimizing design performance constraints, a lightweight frame as the objective function, it was made that the lightest weight of coach frame under the premise of meeting strength requirements. Based on the results of analyses, it provided a feasible way for the opti- mal design of frame.
