摘要
铝合金薄壁类零件属于难加工零件,加工中受切削力、切削热、夹紧力以及残余应力的影响,零件存在较大变形,不易控制。本文针对典型案例,对加工过程中存在的问题、原因以及解决方法进行了分析,并在研究零件结构和加工要求的基础上,通过改进工艺路线和设计专用夹具,克服了加工过程中的各种难点,保证了加工质量。
The thin-walled aluminum alloy parts are very difficult to machine, deformation is easy to cause and is hard to control because of cutting forces and stresses. This paper aimed at a typical case, analyzed the problems, causes and solu- tions in the machining. And on basis of carefully researching the structure of parts and requirement of machining, various problems during the processing were overcome, and the process quality was assured by improving the process route and re- designing special fixture.
