摘要 盘管式燃气冷却器(以下简称冷却器)的内部管路为柱形盘管式结构,用常用的清洗方法难以清除污垢。通过对冷却器内部管路污垢化学成分的分析,对柱形盘管式结构管路的清洗工艺进行了研究,选择适合的清洗试剂,并将循环溶液清洗技术和摩擦清洗技术用于冷却器的清洗;制订了冷却器的清洗工艺,并设计了清洗设备和专用装置。经过验证,污垢去除率可达80%左右,且所选的清洗试剂对冷却器本体无任何腐蚀。 The internal pipe of coil-type gas cooler is hard to be cleaned due to the cylindrical pipe-type structure. In this paper, a new cleaning reagent for coil-type gas cooler was developed through the composition analysis of internal pipe dirt and the research on cleaning process. Through the application of circulating cleaning technology and friction cleaning tech- nology to the coil-type gas cooler. Special clean devices and equipments were designed for new cleaning process including clearing process of coil-type gas cooler. The results of verified experiment indicated that the rate of cleanliness could reach a- bout 80% and the cleaning reagent would not erode the body of the gas cooler.
