甲巯咪唑与丙硫氧嘧啶治疗Graves'甲状腺机能亢进症疗效观察 被引量：23

摘要 目的:研究甲巯咪唑与丙硫氧嘧啶治疗Graves'甲状腺机能亢进症(甲亢)的临床疗效,为Graves'甲亢治疗的临床用药提供理论依据。方法:100例Graves'甲亢随机分为A组和B组,每组50例,其中A组患者给予甲巯咪唑片10 mg,3次/d;B组给予丙硫氧嘧啶100 mg,3次/d,观察两组疗效及不良反应情况。结果:经过治疗后A组患者FT3和FT4下降水平明显高于B组,sTSH水平明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且两组患者不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甲巯咪唑治疗Graves'甲亢临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。
