大豆重组自交系Jinf群体苗期抗旱性与抗孢囊线虫4号小种抗性分析研究 被引量:2

摘要 用反复干旱法对大豆重组自交系Jinf群体进行苗期抗旱性筛选鉴定,用塑料钵柱法对筛选出的抗旱材料和不抗旱材料进行抗孢囊线虫4号小种抗性鉴定,并对其抗孢囊性和抗旱性之间的抗性关系进行分析研究.结果表明:抗旱材料根系平均孢囊量为32.39,孢囊反应1.3~59,不抗旱材料根系平均孢囊量为84.03,孢囊反应60.5~123.4,抗旱材料抗孢囊线虫4号生理小种的抗性远高于不抗旱的材料.抗旱性和抗孢囊性潜力大的材料籽粒性状均表现为籽粒偏长,粒长:粒宽比值为8.6:5.8.大豆育种应该关注多抗性材料的选育,增强选育品种的广泛适应性,为构建多抗性品种筛选鉴定体系搭建平台. The drought resistance of the soybean RIL population named as Jinf was screened and appraised by repeated drought method. Drought and non-drought resistant materials was appraised to resistance of SCN4 Race by method of the pot body with plastic, and the resistance between the cyst and drought was studied. The results showed that average of cyst volume of drought resistant materials was 32.39, cyst reaction was 1.3-59, average of cyst volume of non-drought resistant materials was 84.03, cyst reaction was 60.5-123.4, and resistant to SCN4 of drought resistant materials of Jinf population was much higher than the non-drought resistant materials. Potential of long grain of drought resistance and resistance to cyst SCN4 of potential was great, the rate of length and width was 8.6:5.8. Multiple resistance materials were concerned by soybean breeding. Wide applicability for breeding of varieties was needed to strengthen. Platform for system of screening and appraising multiple resistance materials was set up.
