Closed-loop Supply Chain Network Equilibrium Model with Fuzzy Demand

利用模糊事件的可信性测度理论、变分不等式理论建立了具有模糊需求的闭环供应链网络均衡模型,其中闭环供应链网络中的制造/再制造工厂存在产能约束,消费市场存在商品限制性价格上限。设计了求解闭环供应链网络均衡解的投影收缩算法,结合数值算例分析了产能约束与限制性价格上限对闭环供应链网络均衡解的影响。结果表明:消费市场中的商品会发生短缺,如果政府对竞争市场实行限制性价格上限,尤其当存在产能约束时商品短缺会更为严重。

An equilibrium model of a competitive closed-loop supply chain network with fuzzy market demand was developed by the credibility measure of fuzzy event. The competitive closed-loop supply chain network was comprised by noncooperative manufacture/remanufacturing firms with production capacity constraints, as well a binding price ceiling of the goods. The projection and contraction algorithm was designed for solving the equilibrium pattern. Numerical examples were given to i11ustrate the impact of production capacity constrains and price ceiling on the network equilibrium pattern. The results show that a shortage of the good arises when the government imposes a binding price ceiling on competitive markets, which is more serious in the existence of production capacity constraints.
