New filtration technique for PTA oxidation mother liquor

摘要 介绍了PTA氧化母液过滤新技术。该技术主要采用高精度的无机管式超滤膜,对氧化母液进行过滤,含TA固体颗粒物的浓缩液直接回到氧化系统循环利用,减少了氧化残渣的处理量,降低了PTA装置的PX单耗;滤液澄清透明,提高了后续氧化母液催化剂的回收率。因此,采用无机管式超滤膜过滤氧化母液,是一种典型的清洁生产和节能降耗技术。 New filtration technique for PTA oxidation mother liquor was introduced. Using inorganic tubular uhrafil- tration membranes of high precision, oxidation mother liquor was filtrated. Concentrated solution with TA solid was recycled to oxidation system directly. The treatment capacity of oxidation residue and the PX unit consumption of PTA plant can be reduced. The filtrate was clarified and would improve the follow-up recovery rate of catalyst in the oxidation mother liquor. Therefore, the filtration of oxidation mother liquor using inorganic tubular uhrafiltration membranes is the typical cleaning production and energy saving technology.
